Senior Spring draws on a growing body of research showing that low-amplitude rebounding improves bone density, balance, and lymphatic function in older adults — without the impact risk of running or aerobics. Our specially trained coaches work at a considered pace, focusing on posture, stability, and functional movement. Classes are small, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable.
