About This Programme
Junior Bounce makes movement joyful. Children aged 6 to 14 develop fundamental athletic skills — coordination, rhythm, spatial awareness, and core strength — through progressively structured games and routines on the trampoline. Our coaches hold specialist paediatric fitness qualifications and create an environment where every child feels encouraged regardless of their starting ability. Saturday and Sunday sessions run in age-grouped cohorts for the best learning environment.
